21- 11 interlaced dots (Idukku Pulli) Kolam.
Start with 21 dots in the center and stop at 11 by putting interlaced dots at both sides as shown above.
Join dots as shown in the above picture. Fill with desired colour powders.

For parallel dots, you have to put dots exactly parallel to the previous dot as follows:

Interlaced dots, you have to put next line dot in between the two dots of the previous line as follows:

. . . .
. . .
. .
.
