21 - 11 interlaced dots (Idukku Pulli) Kolam.
Start with 21 dots in the center and stop at 11 by putting interlaced dots at both sides as shown above.
Then put 2 and 1 interlaced dots in all the corners as shown above.
Join dots as shown above and fill with desired colour powders.
