16 - 2 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam.
Put 16 dots 2 lines. Then leave one dot at both ends and stop at 2 by putting parallel dots at both sides as shown above.
Joins dots as shown above. Draw thick lines and fill with desired colour powders.

This kolam is too good.. but please tell me some colour combinations that would work out well, because when i put this kolam it looked dull :(
Hi,
When you are putting kolam on floor, you can use bright colouts. You can use dark blue and yellow. Green and red. Even green and yellow looks good. The bright pink (we call it Mittai colour) also give good look to the kolam.
