21- 11 interlaced dots (Idukku Pulli) Kolam.
Start with 21 dots in the center and stop at 11 by putting interlaced dots at both sides as shown above.
Join dots as shown in the above picture. Fill with desired colour powders.
Kolam also known as Rangoli, is a dainty floor painting, which is an integral part of South Indian tradition. It is a beautiful and perhaps the only one art, drawn every day by women in the households. It symbolizes beauty and provides a welcoming environment.

Do you have any tutorial for the dot count skeleton how to start the dot and end the dot as this type of Idukku pulli kolam the dot skeleton is bit confusing to me. Can you please help with a tutorial.

Interlaced dots, you have to put next line dot in between the two dots of the previous line as follows:

. . . .
. . .
. .
.
