Kolam also known as Rangoli, is a dainty floor painting, which is an integral part of South Indian tradition. It is a beautiful and perhaps the only one art, drawn every day by women in the households. It symbolizes beauty and provides a welcoming environment.
Kolam No.182
19 - 1 parallel dots (Neer Pulli) Kolam.

Your site is beautiful. I loved the designs and your demonstration which makes them easy to follow. This above rangoli is now in front of my house for Ugadi :)
Thanks so much!
By the way, out of curiosity, what software do you use to draw them and color them?
